- Offering the unique service of a design/build contractor – design being a vital aspect of a renovation project
- Capable of performing a project from concept through design and construction and involved with the budgeting and design process
Budget
- Design/Build concept offers a less costly, smoother experience for client – offering the client the ability to circumvent an architect to keep the cost down while qualifying the project cost at the same time
- Client avoids the common occurrence of paying for costly architectural plans that can't be used due to budget restrictions
- A discussion of budget moves the process forward with a realistic approach – client has the opportunity to discuss design options and budget simultaneously – designing to a budget helps predetermine which areas to feature
- Value added – no charge for design services to clients executing a building contract
- Value added – interior decorating assistance with color and material selection is available to our building clients at no additional charge
Interior Decorating Services
- Interior decorating services include new furnishings, draperies and accessories, as well as the option to integrate or re-work your home using pieces you already own.
- Projects are customized to reflect individual client's taste and lifestyle.
